Current Responsibilities
Paula Hall is the Regional Vice President for Gateway Management Company, based in Birmingham, Alabama. She oversees operations for more than 50 communities across seven states, including Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, and Tennessee. Her responsibilities encompass property management, acquisitions, new construction, and leading a team of Regional Property Managers to ensure operational excellence and growth.
Relevant Experience
With over 35 years of experience in property management, Paula has worked with several industry-leading companies, gaining expertise in managing diverse property types such as Conventional, Tax Credit, Rural Development, Bond, HOME, Section 8, and HUD. Her extensive background equips Gateway Management with the skills and strategies needed to achieve success for both owner portfolios and third-party fee management.
Prior to joining Gateway, Paula held senior executive roles with nationally recognized firms, including serving as Vice President of Asset Management, where she managed more than 200 assets and 39,000 units across 19 states. Paula provided property management oversite of third-party agents and was President of the internal management company. She was extensively involved in operations including the development and successfully implemented workout strategies for hundreds of assets in various stages of Construction, redevelopment, and stabilization.
Education/Affiliations
Paula holds multiple certifications, including HCCP, COS, and CPO, and is a CPM candidate with IREM. She has served on the HCCP Board of Governors with the National Association of Home Builders.
