Gateway Construction Corporation was formed in 1986 and provides supporting services to compliment the development company. Gateway Construction is a licensed contractor in Alabama. It also serves as the owner of many properties developed by The Gateway Companies. Additionally, it provides asset management services on behalf of property ownership.
Within the Gateway Companies, we are able to provide complete development, construction and management services. Gateway Construction provides oversight and supervisory services to third party construction companies, architects, and designers. Through providing construction project management and oversight, Gateway is able to insure the highest quality in design and construction.
All Gateway constructed properties are supervised by long tenured project managers. During a given year, Gateway will oversee construction of as many as ten properties that it will own and manage, as well as properties for others.
As a leading provider of housing, Gateway recognizes that creating a sustainable, “green” environment for its residents, and utilizing the most energy-efficient “green” technological advances in its real estate construction projects, is the way of the future.
