Current Responsibilities
Amanda Thompson serves as Director of Marketing for Gateway Management Company, based in Birmingham, Alabama where she is responsible for all facets of marketing and communications for the Gateway Management Company and all property portfolios. She oversees all lease up and conventional properties, including new developments currently in the pipeline as well as property acquisitions, new construction, and underperforming communities.

With over 14 years in the industry, Amanda has worked in many positions within the property management world developing the skills, understanding, and connections necessary in her role here at Gateway.
From leasing to digital sales, Amanda has been able to combine her passion for marketing and people skills with her educational background to drive brand growth and maximize market opportunities within the property management industry. Amanda believes good communication, hard work and commitment generates the best possible outcomes both personally and professionally.

Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Auburn University with a minor is logistics and resides in Trussville, Alabama.
