Current Responsibilities
Tim serves as Director of Maintenance for Gateway Management. He is responsible for all Maintenance Procedures, Safety, Purchasing, Service Contracts, Due Diligence of new and acquired properties, Capital Projects (including Contracts and Budgets) and various State and Site Inspections.
Relevant Experience
With more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of Building Maintenance and Construction, Tim has gained valuable knowledge in Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Services and Restoration, HVAC, and Single/Multifamily Renovations. Prior to Gateway Management, he’s served in various roles, ranging from Regional Rehab Manager to Purchasing Manager where he’s further honed his skill and ability to manage budgets and complete projects on schedule.
